Follow these steps to e-mail an enrollment form to prospects:
- On the left navigation menu, click Forms Management.
- Find the enrollment form and click Send.
In the Fill in Form Template drop-down list, select the e-mail template you want sent to prospects.
In the Thank You Template drop-down list, select the e-mail template sent to prospects when they submit the form.
Select the check boxes for the prospects you want to e-mail.
Click Send Email. The Send Email dialog box opens.

Settings with an asterisk (*) are required.
Send Email Dialog Box AView the address the e-mail is being sent From, the recipient's email address (To), the Subject, and the Recipient's name.
You can edit information displayed in From, To, and Subject.
BMove backward or forward through the prospects selected to receive the e-mail.
CAttach a file to the e-mail.
DEdit the text of the e-mail.
You can use the text editor to format text and insert hyperlinks.
EEdit the e-mail signature.
FClose the dialog box without saving any changes or sending the e-mail.
- Do one of the following:
- To send the e-mail to the prospect displayed in Recipient, click Send.
- To send the e-mail to all selected prospects, click Send All.
