The AdminPlus Settings screen is only accessible to schools that have requested the option to edit AdminPlus.com. If your school has been set up to be Edit enabled, the Supervisor user can choose to edit in classic Administrator's Plus or AdminPlus.com.
If your school is not yet Edit Enabled and you want to use Edit features, the AdminPlus Supervisor must email [email protected] to request access to enable edit by module for the school.
With the newest classic Administrator's Plus Release and AdminPlus.com Release, users can now choose to Enable the Scheduling Year in AdminPlus.com. The settings screen now displays the Current Year and Scheduling Year. If the scheduling year has not yet been created, only the current year settings will be visible.
The Beginning Program used to promote Students in the Scheduling Year should be run before the scheduling year is enabled in AdminPlus.com. If not, the scheduling year will be disabled by the Beginning program and the supervisor will need to reenable it after the process completes.
To access these settings in classic, go to Setup > General > AdminPlus.com Settings. The following window will open:
If a Scheduling Year is detected there will be an option to Enable Scheduling Year in AdminPlus.com. These 5 modules must all be on one platform for both the Current and Scheduling Year to receive Admissions and Registration Forms:
- Enrollment
- Demographics
- Contacts
- Portfolio
- SuperDB
Scheduling is the only module that can have different settings in different years. Making changes to Student Schedules in the Scheduling Year will not have any effect on the data in the Active year.
After selecting your settings, click Done. The following message will appear, be sure all users are logged out of AdminPlus.com to avoid any data loss.
If any module(s) were set to Edit in AdminPlus.com, a Receive in Administrator's Plus sync will run, followed by Sending Changes to AdminPlus.com, followed by Sending Settings to AdminPlus.com.
The AdminPlus.com settings screen is accessible in both years. The Receiving Changes option will receive changes for both years.
Anytime any changes are made to the AdminPlus.com Settings, you will be logged out for those settings to take effect.
