Reset A User's Password for Teacher Evaluator

There are two ways to reset a Teacher Evaluator password: 

  1. Click the Account Recovery link on the Teacher Evaluator Sign In page.
  2. An Administrator can manually reset the password from the Administrator's Account.

Reset Password Through the Account Recovery Link 

  1. Click Can't Access Your Account? on the Teacher Evaluator Sign In page.
  2. Enter the email address for the account.
  3. The user will receive email instruction on how to reset their password.

    The user must know his/her email address to use this option. If the user is unsure of which specific email address they use for Teacher Evaluator, they should contact their administrator.

Reset Password Through the Administrator Account

  1. Log in using the administrator's email address and password.
  2. Click Accounts at the top of the page, and then click View All Accounts.
  3. From the list of accounts, find the account in question, and then click Edit.
  4. At the bottom of the screen, click Reset Password.
  5. The user will then receive an email with instructions on how to complete the reset password process for their account.
