The Clever Export feature includes student data with non-binary gender values. Clever only accepts M or F values, so a blank field is sent if the value in AdminPlus is anything other than M or F.
The Extended Section screen includes a Send to Excel button.
On the Extended Section screen, click Send to Excel [F11].
In the Send to Excel dialog box, click Sections with Extended Table Information, and then click Next.
In the Select Extended Section Table(s) to Export to Excel dialog box, select one or more tables.
Click Done to generate the Excel report.
Report Cards Report Writer
The Advanced Box codes include a new parameter called
ShadeColumnHeader = N ~REM~ Shade the column header with the color of this line
To shade the column header with a specific color, change
Y and set a color for the line in the Wlabel.
In Address > Batch Functions, the Import from ASCII function now supports date import. In addition, date fields exported to Excel from Advanced Lookup are now recognized as date fields rather than text fields.
Report Cards & Billing
Fonts print correctly on reports longer than one page when printed to any printer or to PDF.
The scheduling code
~Table 1:16~ now uses the correct font when the spec is set to rotation 2 and above.
The override column for withdraw deleted sections no longer appears in the Course Grade Change Log. The Excel Wizard was interpreting the override column value of 32 as a grade and creating a grade column.
The SDS Export feature now includes students with unscheduled sections. It also excludes all inactive students from student.csv when the spec is set to only send active students.
