We've released several new features, improvements, and bug fixes for AdmissionsPlus. Highlights of this update include:

New Features
Prospect Profile Page
We added a Prospect Profile page to the prospect card. Using the Prospect Profile, you can access all prospect data categories in one window.
To access a prospect’s profile page, you can do either of the following:
Click their name on the prospect card.
- Click their name in prospect list.
Email Template Personalization Codes
Email Templates now include placeholder codes. Using placeholder codes, you can create form letters personalized with data sourced from the prospect’s Demographics, Admissions Fields, or Contacts.
To use placeholder codes, drag the field you want to include as a placeholder from the list on the right to the body of the email on the left. You can save the personalized email template to use at any time.
User Menu Drop-down
We added a menu drop-down below your username in the AdmissionsPlus navigation bar.
In the user menu, you can do the following:
- Change your password
Send feedback
You can send feedback for the duration of the Pilot
Log out of AdmissionsPlus
Portfolio to Online Forms (OLF) Sharing
Items in a prospect’s portfolio can be shared with that prospect’s parents. Parents can view and download the portfolio items visible to them.
To share portfolio items with a parent’s OLF account when adding or editing a portfolio item, set Parent Visibility to Visible. A section will appear in the parents account for that prospect where they can access that portfolio item.
Improvements
Bulk Action Mode Shift Key Range Selection
In Bulk Action Mode, you can select multiple prospects in a continuous range with a single click instead of clicking each prospect individually.
To select a range of prospects, do the following:
- Click the first prospect in the range.
- Press and hold Shift.
- Click the last prospect in the range.
Prospect Screen User Interface (UI) Improvements
We’ve made some improvements to the Prospect screen UI based on user feedback:

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the Export to Excel options in the Prospect screen didn’t export the correctly filtered list.
- Fixed an issue where too many applied filters would cause the Excel Export to fail.
- Fixed an issue that removed filters when using the Search Box inside the Prospect screen. Using the search box now searches the filtered list for your search criteria.
- When closing one of the Prospect Data windows, AdmissionsPlus would often switch focus to a different prospect. Focus now returns to the prospect whose data window you were viewing.
- Corrected a refresh issue that caused the Admissions Data window to scroll back to the top when a requirement was marked completed. The window now maintains its position, so you don’t need to scroll back down.
