COVID-19 Support Center
Schools are facing new challenges as they plan for the return of students and staff this fall. Communication will play a vital role in keeping staff and families up to date on the latest school developments. Schools planning a full or partial return will be facing the additional challenge of monitoring the health of staff and students. With the help of PlusPortals and TeacherPlus, your students can perform the following tasks:
- Submit assignments and quizzes
- Participate in class discussions
- Access class resources
- Email and message teachers
- View scores and grades as well as report cards

Instead of calling our 800 number, please contact support by creating a ticket or by emailing one of the support contacts listed in the table below.
Create a Ticket
Click the link below to submit a ticket through our support portal. You will need a support portal account to create a ticket. If you do not have an account, please call or email your Account Manager, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you create a support ticket please describe your issue in detail and include your name, cell phone number, school name, and hours of availability. Depending on volume, we hope to respond to your request for support within one hour.

If you require an immediate call back, please include the word “URGENT” in the subject. To ensure that everyone receives appropriate support, please do not use “URGENT” unless your issue requires immediate attention. As stated above, depending on volume, we hope to respond to your request for support within one hour.
