Improvements

Added the Ability to Use Electronic Signature on Forms

We added a Signature question type for Not Linked sections. 

For Not Linked questions designated as Signature questions, a Signature pad allows parents to use a mouse or touch screen device to add their signature to any form.

Updated the Phone Number Field Format

When a user selects a country code in a phone number drop-down list, the phone number field is automatically formatted for that country code, ensuring that all phone numbers are entered using the correct format.

Added the Ability to Enter Hex Codes for Text and Text Background Colors

We updated the text and text background color selectors in the Add/Edit Page, Add/Edit Section, and Add/Edit Question text editors. You can now enter the hex code for the color you want to apply to the text and text background.

Added "Other" as a Drop-Down List and Custom Answer Pool Option

We added the option "Other" to the Custom Answer Pool and to drop-down lists that allow users to add options.

Updated the E-Mail Templates to Allow Multiple E-Mail Addresses

You can now add multiple e-mail addresses to an e-mail template.

Added Access to the E-Mail Editor from the E-Mail Template Name

You can edit an email template by clicking the e-mail template name, which opens the Add/Edit E-Mail Template dialog box.

Removed a Duplicate Email Templates Specification

For visitation forms, we removed a duplicate Email Templates specification. Now the Form Settings screen for a visitation form displays one specification for the email template that is sent to a parent when a form is submitted.

Added Program, Grade Level, and Year Columns to the Payment Transaction Log

In the Payment Transaction Log, we added columns for the program, grade level, and year the prospect has applied for.

Updated the Payment Transaction Log Filter and Added a Search Feature

In the Payment Transaction Log, we updated the filter box to display all options and we added a Search feature to help you quickly find and select values.

Added Generic Pages and Sections to New Forms

To new forms, we added a set of generic pages and sections, which you can use as the basis for a form you're creating.

Added Search, Sort, and Filter Options to the Forms Management Tab

We added search, sort, and filter options to the list of forms on the Forms Management tab.

Improved the Forms Management Tab Display

We improved the appearance of the Forms Management tab when viewed at smaller resolutions.

Resized the Forms Management Tab Buttons

We reduced the size of the buttons on the Forms Management tab to optimize space.

Combined the Copy and +Add New Form Buttons on the Forms Management Tab

On the Forms Management tab, we combined the functionality of the Copy button with the +Add New Form button and removed the Copy button.  When you click +Add New Form, you choose to create a New Form or Copy From an existing form.

Combined the Delete and Delete Forms Buttons on the Forms Management Tab

On the Forms Management tab, we combined the functionality of the Delete button with the Delete Forms button and removed the Delete button. When you click Delete Forms, you select the check boxes for the forms you want to delete.

Added a Print Button to the Forms Management Tab

On the Forms Management tab, we added a Print button that allows you to print a blank copy of a form.

Changed the Color of Inactive Buttons on the Forms Management Tab

On the Forms Management tab, inactive buttons now appear gray instead of light blue.

Added the Ability to Select a Return Web Site

On the HTML Code tab, you can specify the website users return to when they log out of Online Forms.

Feature Fixes

The Salutation Drop-down List Displays Options

We fixed an issue that prevented the Salutation drop-down list from populating when linked to the Contact Salutation field. 

Date Columns Sort Correctly

Previously, Date columns sorted in alphabetical order. They now sort in date order.

Existing Accounts on the Parent Accounts Tab Can Be Modified

Previously, on the Parent Accounts tab, you could not modify an account once it was created. Now you can select existing parent accounts and perform tasks, such as merging accounts.

The Parent Accounts Tab Displays Correctly in the Mobile App

We fixed a resolution issue that affected how the Parent Accounts tab displayed in the mobile app.

Forms with the Contact Office Phone Ext Field Now Import

Previously, when parents entered more than 5 characters in the Contact Office Phone Ext field, the form would not import. We limited the number of characters that can be entered to no more than 5.

Empty Pages No Longer Appear on Recommendation Forms

Previously, empty pages appeared on recommendation forms that had no visible sections. Now, pages only appear if the recommendation form has a visible section.

The Payment Transaction Log Displays the Correct Credit Card Type

Previously, the Payment Transaction Log displayed "VISA" when a credit card was used. The Payment Transaction Log now displays the correct credit card type.
