New Features
Added Calendar Feature
We added a calendar feature to AdmissionsPlus, which you can access by clicking Appointments. You can create color-coded event categories and import calendar events from Google Calendar and Office365 Outlook Calendar. If you place your mouse over an event on the calendar, you can see a preview of the event's information.
The Add Event dialog box includes the information most necessary for creating an event.
When viewing an event's details, you can add prospects and their contacts to or remove them from the event. You can record whether they agreed to attend, declined, didn't respond, or cancelled and whether they attended the event. You can also view a chart showing the number of prospects and contacts who gave each type of response to the event invitation and another chart comparing the numbers of prospects and contacts who did and did not attend the event.
If you linked the event to a requirement, when you check off that a prospect attended the event, that requirement is automatically marked complete for the prospect.
Improvements
Added Setting to Choose Prospect Card Visibility
You can choose to always show the Prospect Card at the top of the Prospects page or hide it by going to Setup Center > Preferences > Show Prospect Card. If you choose to not show the Prospect Card, you can still access it by clicking a prospect's name to view their profile.
You can also hide the Prospect Card by clicking Show Prospect Card on the Prospects page.
Updated Search Bar
When you click the Search bar at the top of AdmisionsPlus, you will see a list of the prospects in the Prospects tab's current view. This allows you to search for prospects while you are viewing a prospect's profile.
Added Shading to Prospects Table
We added shading to every other row in the Prospects table to improve readability.
Added Dividers to Prospects Table Column Headers
We added dividers between the Prospects table column headers to make the beginning and end of a column clear. This will make it easier to resize columns.
Replaced Endless Scrolling Ability With Pages
We replaced the ability to endlessly scroll down the list of prospects on the Prospects tab with pages of prospects. This improves the software's speed, allowing you to search for, filter, and sort prospects quicker.
Added a Field Type to SuperDB Tables
When adding fields to a SuperDB table, you can now choose Note for the Field Type. This addition improves how SuperDB tables in AdmissionsPlus interact with AdminPlus.
Added Settings Button to the Overview Chart
We added a settings button to the Overview chart on the Dashboard.
You can specify the information to display in the chart and choose the color of each item in the graph.
Added Settings Button to the Admissions Decisions Chart
We added a settings button to the Admissions Decisions chart on the Dashboard.
You can control which decisions display in the chart and the color of those decisions.
Added Ability to Generate Lottery Numbers for Specific Schools
On the Lottery page, when you click Generate Lottery Number, you can choose to generate lottery numbers for specific grades instead of for the entire school.
Feature Fixes
Fixed Issue With Date and Time Stamps
Previously, some users experienced issues with date and time stamps. We fixed this by adding a setting to Setup Center > Preferences to set your school's time zone.
Fixed Issue With Contact Information Not Saving
Previously, a contact's information couldn't be saved if a special character was entered into a field. This issue has been fixed.
