Spring has sprung, and so has our next release! This release brings highly requested features, including updates to Quiz Builder that allow for more complex and engaging quiz questions and the option to add the Coursework panel to teachers' Students tab. Added Ability to Embed Media and Format Text in Quiz Builder
Teachers can add images and videos to their quizzes and format their quiz questions.
Quiz Builder True or False Questions Automatically Have True and False Answers
When a teacher adds a True or False question to their quiz in Quiz Builder, the Answer fields automatically fill with True and False. Teachers can edit these fields.
Added Coursework Panel to Teachers' Students Tab
We added the Coursework panel to the Students tab in teacher accounts. Teachers can see the assignments, quizzes, and discussions assigned to their students. The Coursework panel only appears if an administrator makes both the panel and the Students tab visible to teachers.
Hid PlusPortals Login Pages from Search Engine Results
To further protect your school's privacy, we made changes to our software to prevent PlusPortals login pages from appearing in search engine results.
Improved E-Locker and Quiz Builder's Responsiveness
We improved E-Locker so it opens quicker if it contains a large number of assignments, quizzes, and files. We also improved Quiz Builder to better handle being used by many people.
Gave Parents Access to Discussions Posts
Previously, if an admin gave parents permission to access Discussions, parents could only see the title and description of their student's discussions from the Coursework panel. With this update, parents can now view what their student and others post in a discussion.
Feature Fixes
Fixed E-Locker Timestamps
Previously, some users who clicked Print Preview in E-Locker saw incorrect timestamps for when assignments and quizzes were uploaded or submitted. This issue has been fixed.
