As students head back to class, PlusPortals continues to support schools in their efforts to make the new academic year safe and enriching. The Health Questionnaire is helping schools keep their students and staff safe with daily health screenings. Teachers are using Online Meetings to schedule video and chat sessions.
In this release, we’re introducing improvements to both features as well as improvements to the StudentPlus Portal Coursework panel, the ParentPlus Portal Coursework tab, and the PlusPortals Manager Restriction List. These improvements and some feature fixes are described below.

Improvements
Added Health Questionnaire Email Notification
Using the Health Questionnaire Summary Permissions, the PlusPortals administrator can send emails to parents and staff to remind them to submit the Health Questionnaire. Administrators can schedule reminders to be sent once daily or they can email a reminder any time. Scheduled emails are sent on the days of the week already set for delivering the questionnaire. Administrators select the time emails are sent. Emails sent to parents include a push notification.
Added Online Meetings Email Notification
In the Online Meeting dialog box, teachers can choose to send an email reminder for an online meeting by selecting the Send E-Mail Notification check box.
Teachers can send the email reminder to parents and/or students. The default email includes the host's name, meeting description, meeting link, and meeting date and time, but teachers can customize the email content.
Added All Coursework Filter
Students can use the All Coursework filter on the Coursework panel to view all coursework for all their classes in one place. Students only see coursework made visible by their teachers. Parents can select the All Coursework filter on the Coursework tab.
The All Pending Coursework filter is now the Pending Coursework filter.
Under Summary Permissions, administrators can set All Coursework as the default view for the Coursework panel and the Coursework tab.
Added Disable Login to Restriction List
Administrators can block individual students and parents from logging in to PlusPortals. When the administrator selects the Disable Login check box under Restriction List, users whose names appear in the Parent and Student Restriction Lists, will see the customized restriction message when they attempt to log in.

Fixed Display Issue in Mobile Website Health Questionnaire
We fixed an issue in the mobile version of the Health Questionnaire where text was overlapping.
Fixed Display Issue in PlusPortals Manager Mobile Website
We fixed an issue In the PlusPortals Manager mobile website where menu options were overlapping.
Fixed Display Issues in ParentPlus Mobile Website
Previously in the ParentPlus mobile website, parents saw a partial menu on the Home screen and parents with multiple students saw overlapping menu items. We've fixed these issues.
