We've released a number of improvements and feature fixes for PlusPortals. Highlights of this update include:

Improved Teachers' Control of Quiz Visibility
Teachers can set the start time and end time a quiz is visible to the exact hour and minute, allowing them to precisely control access to quizzes.
Improved Health Questionnaire Feature to Allow for Hybrid Schedules
If your school is following a hybrid schedule, administrators can enable the health questionnaire for group schedules (Permissions > Summary > Health Questionnaire) and set when groups’ members must take the questionnaire (Setup > Groups > Health Questionnaire). The questionnaire is the same for all groups.
Added Automatic Email Alert Feature for Health Questionnaire
Administrators can activate an email alert for the health questionnaire on the Permissions > Summary page. Administrators with health questionnaire permissions will receive an email whenever a questionnaire is submitted with a response that indicates the student or staff member may be sick.
Updated the Health Questionnaire Exception Report to Generate for Group Schedules
If the health questionnaire is enabled for group schedules, the Exception Report excludes users who were not required to complete the form on the days chosen for the report. Additionally, a column was added to the report to indicate which group users belong to.
Updated Health Questionnaire Reminder Notification Behavior
If the health questionnaire is enabled for group schedules, reminder notifications will only be sent to parents and staff belonging to groups that are required to complete the form that day.

When scheduling an online meeting, teachers can click Students to manage which students and/or their parents are included in the meeting.

Teachers can set meetings created using custom links as recurring.

We changed the text of the Online Meetings setting ‘Visible To’ to ‘Invite’ to better represent the setting.
Added Option to Display All Courses for the Year
Administrators can configure PlusPortals to display all courses for the school year in the following areas in student portals:
- Overview > Progress and Recent Scores
- Classroom > Class drop-down list
- School > Attendance > Period Attendance
In Permissions > Summary > Quarter Ending Dates, next to Show Which Courses, click Show all courses.
Improved Password Reset Page
We improved the visibility of password requirements on the password reset page, and when a password does not meet requirements, all failed validations are shown at once.
