We begin 2021 with a new release of Online Forms that includes improvements to the form preview and Recommendation forms as well as some feature fixes. We thank you for using Online Forms and look forward to working with you in the New Year. Highlights of this update include:

Improvements
Form Preview Displays for Incomplete Forms
When users click Preview, the form preview displays even if the form is not complete. This improvement allows users to preview a form as they build it.
Improved Recommendation Form Workflow
The new Recommendation form workflow clarifies the status of the Recommendation form for parents. The Recommendation form is marked “Waiting for Recommender” until the recommender completes it.
The form then appears as "Submitted" under Completed Requirements.
Feature Fixes
Users Can Select Dropdown Question Type
We fixed an issue where a question set to Dropdown changed to Short Answer. When selected, the Dropdown question type now stays selected.
Inquiry Form Displays Program/Grade/Year Inquiring For Questions
We fixed an issue where the Program Inquiring For, Grade Inquiring For, and Year Inquiring For questions did not display on the Inquiry form if the School Inquiring For check box was not selected under Application Site Settings. The Inquiry form now displays the questions regardless of the School Inquiring For setting.
