We've released several new features, improvements, and feature fixes for [Product Name]. Highlights of this update include:
|All Instructions added to the Print Form Feature||When printing the form from the Forms Manager the printout will now include all Page/Section Instructions|
|Prospect Photos auto resize||When a Parent Submits Images they will be resized appropriately|
|Program Applying For Field will start with no value chosen||When apply to a school, a Parent will now have to select a Program instead of having a default option|
|Issue adding images to Email Templates||Fixed an issue that resulted in an error when trying to add an image to an Email Template|
|Issue Trying to Pay an Application Fee after having done so Previously||When forms were reset for Prospects for a new application year, the payment wasn’t cleared. This will now properly require a new Payment|
|Visitation Form Issue||Fixed an issue where a parent could cancel their visit while rescheduling without actually rescheduling|
|Account Details Email Issue||Fixed an issue preventing a user from Email the Account Details to an Account a parent created|
All Instructions added to the Print Form Feature
When Printing a Form in the Online Forms Manager, we are now including any Page Instructions or Section Instructions entered.
Prospect Photo Auto Resize
When a Prospect submits an Applicant Picture the Online Forms will now resize it when it is sent to Admissions.
Program Applying For Field will start with no value chosen
When a Parent enters the information for their Applicant, the Program Applying For field will no longer load the first Program in the List. This will require a Parent to select a Program instead of possibly ignoring the field and applying for the wrong Program.
Issue adding images to Email Templates
Users were receiving an error when trying to add an Image to an Email Template. This has been fixed.
Issue Trying to Pay an Application Fee after having done so previously
Fixed an issue that marked a new Application or Form paid if that Prospect has previously paid for the same form in a different Application Year. This payment will now be cleared when a new form is created for the Prospect so they can pay again in their Application Year.
Visitation Form Issue
When a parent started the rescheduling process, the Visit was being canceled automatically for this Prospect. This occurred even if the Prospect didn’t choose a new date to visit, causing confusion with the Prospect as they didn’t think they had canceled. Now a visit will only be canceled if they select a new date.
Account Details Email fix
When trying to send Account Details to an Account that signed up through the Online Forms site, the email was not sending. This has been fixed.
