We've released several improvements, and feature fixes for Administrator's Plus. Highlights of this update include:

Improvements
Male Female Tally reports expanded
Reports that use Table 1 (Male Female Tally) now display a tally of Other for students with a non-binary gender and Blank if there are any students with no value in Gender. The following reports have been modified.

Report Writer non-binary pronouns
Report Writer code non-binary values.

Auto Send Triggered when attendance edit screen is closed.
If Setup > School Office Suite (SOS) Interface Options > B. Auto Send to TeacherPlus and PlusPortals? is Yes an Auto Send of Changes Only from all modules are sent when an edit screen is closed. The list of edit screens has been expanded to include

Portfolio files received in Batch included in Changes only
Portfolio files received using Receive Portfolio are now included in the Changes Only sync. Previously these could only be sent using the All Data sync option.

Update to RedSoft PDF5
Non-hosted schools - RedSoft PDF5 will be installed on login if the school has the option Embed Fonts in PDF enabled. A message, "Setting up RedSoft PDF5 Printer...One moment please", will pop-up on initial login. Please logout and login again before running reports that are converted to PDFs. After installation, a printer with the name RedSoft PDF5 will be added to the system.
If the user does not have Windows admin privileges to install than a warning message to "Run as administrator" will appear.
Hosted Schools: Cloud services has made the necessary updates for all schools that currently have the option Embed Fonts in PDF enabled. If a user at a hosted school gets this error please email cloudservices@rediker.com.
E-Mail Audit Log for E-Mail Body
Tools > Excel Wizard > Logs > E-Mail Audit Log contains a new column E-Mail Body (first few lines) this will show the first few lines of the e-mail body text.
AP Notify Configure field relabeled
AdminPlus Notify > Specifications > Configure notify service > Next. The DID/Shortcode field has been relabeled Shortcode/Longcode. Our US based AP Notify schools will be required to switch from a common 5 digit Short Code to a district-specific Long code. A separate email announcement will be sent to those customers with instructions.
Feature Fixes
Formal Name full length in Excel Report
In all Excel Reports Formal Name will now export the full length. Previously Formal Name was truncated at 25 characters.
