We've released several new features, improvements, and feature fixes for PlusPortals. Highlights of this update include:

Expand/Collapse Class Summary | The Class Summary box will be in collapse mode when there is no content. The user can collapse the Class Summary box with content by clicking the arrow icon in the header bar. This state will be maintained by user by class. E-Mail Specific Portal Contacts | Options have been added when e-mailing Parents (Contacts with Portal DB Access) to select specific types of contacts; Only Household Contacts, Only Non-Household Contacts, Both Household and Non-Household Contacts. E-mails can be sent to All Contacts of the selected type, or filtered further to Primary Contacts Only or Selected Contacts by Relationship. All the relationships in the school for contacts with Portal DB access are displayed starting with Father Mother than alphabetically by relationship. |

E-Mail Specific Portal Contacts
When e-mailing Parents (Contacts with Portal DB Access) an options have been added to select specific types of contacts; Only Household Contacts, Only Non-Household Contacts, Both Household and Non-Household Contacts. Improvements
Add Discussions to Gradebook
Add Discussions includes the option to Add to Gradebook, when checked the input fields needed to add a column in Gradebook display. Count in Averages and Share Scores in PlusPortals defaults are controlled by GB Manager in Settings > Columns.
Option to Share Scores in PlusPortals added to Assignments
On Add Assignments when Add to Gradebook is checked Share Scores in PlusPortals has been added as an option. The default is set by the GB Manager in Settings >Columns.
Discipline Screen has been streamlined
Incident History and Incident Submittal boxes have been combined so the Add button is now higher on the screen. The User interface has been redesigned to reduce the number of clicks needed to Add Incidents. The Incidents are displayed in descending date order. The Submitted Status column displays Submitted for incidents created and submitted by the teacher and Not Submitted for incidents that the teacher created but did not submit. Incidents that are not yet submitted can be edited (pencil icon), deleted (trash icon), or submitted (check icon).

Add Quiz Add to Gradebook Defaults
Add Quiz > Add to Gradebook defaults were not adhering to the defaults set by the GB Manager in Settings >Columns. This has been fixed.
RediSite API - Google Events ID
Events added to PlusPortals via a Google calendar feed were getting a generic Event ID now it is unique for the RediSite API.
RediSite API - Outlook included
RediSite API Calendar feed has been modified to include events added to PlusPortals via an Outlook calendar feeds.
Online Meeting display issue
