AdminPlus Online Form Recipient List

From the Forms Management page, you can email pre-populated forms to students and staff using a recipient list that you create and manage.

The recipient list for Student Pre-populated forms displays the Recipient name, E-Mail Address, Student Name, Relationship, APID, and Household ID. The list also displays the date the recipient was added to the list, the date the form was sent to them, and the date they submitted the form.
 

 

The recipient list for Staff Pre-populated forms displays the Recipient name, E-Mail Address, Staff Name, APID, and Unique ID. The list also displays the date the form was sent to them, and the date they submitted the form.
