Prospect Dropdown Settings

You can customize the information users must provide when adding an applicant. This information appears in the Add New Applicant dialog box.

Follow these steps to customize applicant information:

  1. On the left navigation menu, click Application Site Settings.
  2. See the diagram and table below for details on the required applicant information settings

    Select the check boxes for the information you want users to provide when adding an applicant.

    For each check box you select, a drop-down list of options appears.


    When you select the Show Grade Description check box, the full grade description (e.g. "Pre-Kindergarten 3") displays instead of the abbreviation (e.g. "P3").

    Select the Show warning if Middle Name is left blank check box to display a message when the user leaves Middle Name blank. Under Middle Name warning message, type the message you want to display.

    Add school years to the Year drop-down list.
    D
    Select the school year that displays by default in the Year drop-down list.
  3. In the lower-right corner of the page, click Save, and then click OK.
