Inquiry Form Site Settings

You can select the information users must provide on Inquiry forms by following these steps:

  1. On the left navigation menu, click Application Site Settings.
  2. See the diagram and table below for details on inquiry form information settings.

    Select the check boxes for First Name and/or Birth Date to make the relevant information mandatory.

    B

    Select the check boxes for additional information you want users to provide.

    For each check box you select, a drop-down list of options appears on the inquiry form.

    C

    Add programs to the Program Inquiring For drop-down list.

    D

    Add school years to the School Inquiring For drop-down list.

    E

    Add grades to the Grade Inquiring For drop-down list.

    When users can choose from multiple schools, select the Default check box for the school that displays when the form opens.
  3. In the lower-right corner of the page, click Save, and then click OK.
