Unlink an AdmissionsPlus Online Form from a School, Program, or Grade Level

Follow these steps to unlink a form from a school, program, or grade level:

1. On the left navigation menu, click Forms Management.
2. For the form you want to unlink, click Settings.
   
3. Under Link Schools/Programs/Grade Levels, clear the check boxes for the schools, programs, and/or grade levels you want to unlink from the form.

   
   

   Clearing a program check box clears all grade level check boxes for that program. Clearing a school check box clears all program and grade level check boxes for that school.

4. Click Save, and then click OK.
