E-mail Enrollment Forms

Follow these steps to e-mail an enrollment form to prospects:

  1. On the left navigation menu, click Forms Management.
  2. Find the enrollment form and click Send.

  3. In the Fill in Form Template drop-down list, select the e-mail template you want sent to prospects.

  4. In the Thank You Template drop-down list, select the e-mail template sent to prospects when they submit the form.



  5. Select the check boxes for the prospects you want to e-mail.

  6. Click Send Email. The Send Email dialog box opens.

  7. See the diagram and table below for details on the Send Email dialog box.

    Settings with an asterisk (*) are required.

    View the address the e-mail is being sent From, the recipient's email address (To), the Subject, and the Recipient's name.

    You can edit information displayed in From, To, and Subject.

    B

    Move backward or forward through the prospects selected to receive the e-mail.

    C

    Attach a file to the e-mail.

    D

    Edit the text of the e-mail.

    You can use the text editor to format text and insert hyperlinks.

    E

    Edit the e-mail signature.

    F

    Close the dialog box without saving any changes or sending the e-mail.

  8. Do one of the following:
    • To send the e-mail to the prospect displayed in Recipientclick Send.
    • To send the e-mail to all selected prospects, click Send All.
