View Submitted Forms Log
To view a list of submitted forms, on the left navigation menu click
Submitted Forms Log.

A | Search for a form by the first word in the form title (Begins With: Form Name) or by any word in the form title (Contains: Form Name). In Search, type the word and click |

Export the Submitted Forms Log
Follow these steps to export the Submitted Forms Log to an Excel file:
- On the left navigation menu, click
Submitted Forms Log. - Click Send to Excel.
- Click
to select a Start Date and End Date for the range of dates for which you want to export submitted forms. - Click Export Log.

- In the Save As dialog box, navigate to where you want to save the Excel file, edit the File name as needed, and then click Save.
