Reset a Parent's Password

Follow these steps to reset a parent's password:

1. On the left navigation menu, click Parent Accounts.
2. For the parent whose password you want to reset, click Reset Password.
   
3. The Reset Parent Password dialog box opens. Type a new password.
   Passwords must be at least eight characters long and must contain at least one upper-case letter and one number.
4. Retype the new password.
5. Click Submit, and then click OK.
