Using the AdminPlus Mobile App



Before downloading and setting up the AdminPlus Mobile App, this must be enabled within Administrator's Plus by the Supervisor. For more information on this, please see Set Up the AdminPlus Mobile App.

Download the AdminPlus Mobile App

To download the AdminPlus Mobile App, go to the Google Play Store for Android devices, or the Apple App Store for iOS devices. Below is an example of what the Mobile App looks like in the Google Play Store:

Log in to the AdminPlus Mobile App

To log in to the AdminPlus mobile app, do the following:

  1. Tap the icon for the app on your mobile device   .
  2. Enter your Username and Password, and then tap Login.

    You will enter the Email Address associated with your AdminPlus Username along with your AdminPlus Password. If you haven't been given access, a warning message appears.

  3. Upon entering your credentials, you will be prompted to enter in a verification code. This will be sent to the email address used to login.

    You can choose to remember the device for 30 when entering the verification code. 

  4. Next, you are directed to the Select School screen. Select the school you are trying to access.

If your school is a district school, you will have access to District Mode.

Enable Fingerprint Login

When you log in and access a school for the first time, you are asked to set up fingerprint login.

To enable fingerprint login, do the following:

Any fingerprint registered to your device will be able to access the app.

  1. Tap Enable Fingerprint Login.
  2. AdminPlus Mobile App accepts the device fingerprint access control.
    • If you tap Skip, the dialog box is disabled until the next day.
    • If you tap Don’t show again, and then tap Skip, the popup is permanently disabled.
  3. In the Success dialog box, tap OK.

If you want to change the login settings later, do the following:

  1. In the app menu, tap More, and then tap Settings.
  2. Under Security, tap App Login.
  3. Under App Login, tap App Password or Fingerprint.

AP Notify Settings

When you access a school for AP Notify the first time, the default settings are loaded from the AP Notify Desktop application. If you would like to change any of the settings, select the gear icon in the upper right of the Notify section:

Here you can decide how you would like to contact Students, Contacts and Staff.
