AdminPlus Interface: The Lookup Screen

When you open the Home Screen, the Lookup screen is displayed by default beneath the Quickview Dashboard. On the Lookup screen, you can view a table of student or staff demographic data, apply filters to view a subset of the data, and sort the data. You can also switch from the Lookup screen to module-specific screens to view or edit information for a selected student or staff member.

Lookup Screen Features

Switch between the Lookup screen and module-specific screens to view information about a selected student or staff member.

Switch between the Students and Staff database.

Search for a student or staff member by the demographic selected on the Lookup screen. Search by the initial characters in the student or staff member's data or a sequence of characters contained therein.
D
Click a column header to sort the data and search for a student or staff member by that demographic. You can use the All drop-down lists above the column headers to filter the data.
E
Sort the data by multiple demographics.
F
Switch between views.
G
Apply filters to display a subset of the data.
H
Create, save, copy, edit, rename, and delete views.
