Add a Day to the Calendar

To Add a Day to the Calendar in, please do the following:

  1. Select the School tab on the left.
  2. The Daily Attendance option will be selected on default.
  3. Under Viewing Attendance For, select + Add Date.
  4. The Adding a day to the calendar window opens. Set the follow specifications:
    1. Date: On default, the current date is selected. Select  to change the date.
      NOTE: You cannot insert a past date. See Insert a Day in the Attendance Calendar
    2. Select Rotation: Optional. Select which rotation day is to be used for Period Attendance.
    3. Membership Value: The default value of 1 is selected. This should remain unchanged unless a day is to be added to the calendar, but should not count towards the membership days for students.
      EXAMPLE: Staff are still reporting to school for a Teacher Inservice Day, but students are off.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Confirm your selection >Select Add Date.
