New Features

A new option, Report Cards, has been added to the AdminPlus.com settings specifically for schools that have enabled editing features within AdminPlus.com. The Supervisor user must be logged in to access these settings. They can select specific modules to edit in the new platform, while leaving others in classic Administrator's Plus. To adjust these preferences, navigate to Setup > General > AdminPlus.com Settings.

Schools not yet configured for edit mode will see an error message in place of the Edit Settings screen.

If your school wishes to use the editing features in AdminPlus.com but hasn't been set up for it yet, please email [email protected]. We'll enable a background process that keeps your classic Administrator's Plus data in sync with any changes made in AdminPlus.com.

If a user attempts to edit a module in classic Administrator's Plus that is set for Edit in AdminPlus.com, they will receive the following notification message:
If you choose to edit Report Cards in .com. Users will still have access to the Enter Grade screen to view grades and Skills or add students to the roster. They just won’t be able to Edit Grades, Skills, or Narratives in classic.

Receive Attendance Bulletin Notes

For schools that have enabled Attendance editing in AdminPlus.com, data from the Attendance Bulletin will be transferred to the appropriate sections within AdminPlus: Note 1 entries will be received into Corrections & Messages, while Note 2 entries will be received into Nurse Dismissals.
