We've released several new features, improvements, and feature fixes for AdminPlus.com. Highlights of this update include:

New Features
Members With No Photos
On the School > Demographics screen, users can view which members do not have a photo. Select the number to view a report for either Students or Staff members. The Students/Staff with No Photo window opens. Select Sent to Excel to download the report to Excel. Select Print to generate a PDF of the report, which can be saved or printed.
Period Attendance Day Report
A report on the School > Period Attendance screen that users can generate for a single day's period attendance.
- Use Landscape mode to print up to 15 periods and up to 2 demographic fields.
- Use Portrait mode to print up to 9 periods and up to 2 demographic fields.
Period Attendance Skip List
A report on the School > Period Attendance screen that users can generate for a list of Students both present and absent for the selected date. Select Include Present to include all the periods.
If Display by Periods is selected 3 demographic fields can be included. If Display by Courses or Courses & Studies, 1 demographic fields can be included.

Improvements
Read Only Access for Receive Attendance
Users with read-only permissions can view expanded Receive Attendance information on both the School > Daily Attendance and Period Attendance Dashboards. They can also click on numerical values to access specific tabs. When data is available on these tabs, users can utilize the print and export functions.

Feature Fixes
Online Form Restriction Moved
Approval Center > Online Forms can be approved in bulk. There had been a restriction of 10 at a time but this is only for Enrollment Center > Registration forms as those require more processing time.
Read Only User Snapshot Settings
The issue preventing read-only users from modifying Snapshot settings for the Demographic, Attendance, and Schedule Tiles has been resolved. These users can now edit these settings as intended.
