Administrator's Plus V6.2.19.01 - SyncEngine 3.1.30.0 - SyncBack 1.10.1
This coincides with the AdminPlus.com Release 7 Update, which includes Schedule Edit. There is also a New Feature to Add a Day to the Calendar Before or After an Existing Day, so schools that have selected to edit Attendance in AdminPlus.com will be reminded to make changes to the Calendar there. Improvements
Scheduling added to AdminPlus.com Settings
A new selection, Scheduling, has been added to the AdminPlus.com Settings Screen. Scheduling features in Classic Administrator's Plus will be disabled when Scheduling is selected to edit in AdminPlus.com.
The AdminPlus.com Edit Settings is only enabled for the SUPERVISOR user of schools who have requested Edit capabilities.
A reminder will also appear in classic if a user tries to edit.
Additional Scheduling Data Sent in TeacherPlus Sync
Additional information required for scheduling will be included with the first Sync Changes or Sync All. The following information will be included in the sync:
- Courses
- Sections
- Study Halls
- Course Requests
- Section Rosters
- Study Hall Rosters
- Report Cards > Enter Courses > 1. View/Edit Courses & Sections > Specifications > Specs #5 to #A. These will be used for the Default Add Course Settings in AdminPlus.com
- Report Cards > Stat Reps > 1. Honor Rolls > 7. Inspect/Change Universal HR Specifications > 5. Major Courses Have Priorities 0 to? This will be used to display Major or Minor next to Priority in AdminPlus.com Course.
- Report Cards > Stat Reps > 2. Grade Point Averages > 4. Update/un-update GPA's & Credits > 6. Universal GPA Spec > 5. Use Separate Weights is set to Yes . This setting will be sent to AdminPlus.com to allow users to set the spec for courses.
Receive Scheduling Changes from AdminPlus.com
If Schedule edit is enabled for AdminPlus.com, Add/Edit/Delete Course and Section changes will be received in classic.
