We've released several improvements, and a feature fix for Teacher Evaluator. Highlights of this update include:

Improvements
Dashboards by Role
The Dashboard displays different tiles depending upon your role.
- Teacher: Last Evaluated, My Score Distribution, My Goals, Start a New Evaluation
- Group Head: Last Evaluated, My Score Distribution, Group Score Distribution, Evaluation Counts, My Goals, Start a New Evaluation, Unevaluated Users, User Score Distribution
- Admin: Last Evaluated, My Score Distribution, Group Score Distribution, Evaluation Counts, My Goals, Start a New Evaluation, Unevaluated Users, User Score Distribution, School Score Distribution

Last Evaluated Date
This tile displays the date when the user was last evaluated.
My Goals
This tile shows your goal counts by status (Pending, In progress, Completed, and Cancelled). Clicking on Manage goals button will take you to the Goals page to add or edit your goals.
Start a New Evaluation
This tile provides a shortcut to create a new evaluation. The user will select the Evaluation form, School and Staff from their respective dropdowns and click on Create button to create an evaluation.
My Score Distribution
This chart displays the count of descriptors/ratings you have received for the selected form. The setting icon is used to select the evaluation form and provides options to pick either a pie chart or bar graph.
User Score Distribution
As a Group Head or Admin, you can view the evaluation score distribution for users you have rights to evaluate. This chart displays the number of evaluatees by evaluation score range from the lowest range to the highest range.
You can also hover on the bar chart to see the list of staff who belong to a particular evaluation score range.
The setting icon is used to select options Show only results with data and type of graph (Bar graph or Pie chart). Shows only results with data check box will only render the evaluation range where the rating lies whereas not selecting it renders the full evaluation ranges (0-50%, 50%-60%, 60-70%, 70%-80%, 80%-90%, 90%-100%) in the chart.
Group Score Distribution
As a Group Head or Admin, you can view the number of groups by evaluation score percentage from the lowest range to the highest range.
You have the option to view the graph as a pie chart or bar graph.
On either a pie chart or bar graph hover over an evaluation range to see the names of the groups that fall in that range.
School Score Distribution
Only Admins can view the average score of the school. This chart displays where a school’s average falls within an evaluation score range. If you are an Admin for multiple schools, you can hover over the chart to see the school names.
Unevaluated Users
A Group Head or Admin can evaluate or view accounts for unevaluated users that are displayed on the dropdown. The setting icons can be clicked to input a date on the calendar widget.
My Evaluation Counts
The tile is available for Group Head and Admin accounts only. The gear icon has three options to display your evaluation counts.
- Show the number of evaluations that you have created
- Show the number of evaluations that were created over a period of time
- Show the number of evaluations that have been created on a teacher
Artifact link now accessible
Artifact links within Evaluation pdfs are now clickable to view.
