Contact Salutations
Salutations are formal titles used to address a contact. Default Salutations cannot be edited or deleted.
Note: Schools that share households also share Salutations so edits made here will affect the other schools that share households.
Enter New Salutation and click Add to enter a new value
- Send to Excel is available if you need to export the Salutation list
- Search can be used to filter the list.
- Delete to Delete unused entries. An entry cannot be deleted if it is used on any contact.
- Edit to change the value of the dropdown and existing contacts with that Salutation.
Contact Suffixes
Suffixes are abbreviations added at the end of a person's full name, which provides additional information.
Note: Schools that share households also share Suffixes so edits made here will affect the other schools that share households.
- Enter New Suffix and click Add to enter a new value
- Send to Excel is available if you need to export the Contact Suffixes list
- Search is used to filter the list for the value entered.
- Delete to Delete unused entries. An entry cannot be deleted if it is used on any contact.
Note: To find where it is being used go to School > Demographics > Master Contacts and filter Suffixes contains the value. - Edit to change the value on the Suffix dropdown and existing contacts using that value.
Contact Relationships
Relationships describe the relationship between an individual student and the contact.
Schools that share households also share Contact Relationships so edits made here will affect the other schools that share households.
- Enter New Relationship and click Add to enter a new value
- Send to Excel is available if you need to export the Contact Relationships list
- Search is used to filter the list for the value entered.
- Delete to Delete unused entries. An entry cannot be deleted if it is used on any contact.
Note: To find where it is being used go to Students > Multiple Students > Contacts and filter Relationships contains the value. - Edit to change the value on the Relationship dropdown and existing contacts using that value.
