Multiple Students: Contacts View

Multiple Students Contacts list is constrained by the student View selected on the Lookup tab until another view is selected.  The columns in the view are determined by the Contact Layout selected.  

Edit features are only available if the AdminPlus Supervisor has requested edit from apcom@rediker.com and has selected to edit Contacts in AdminPlus.com.

A
The Single Student View panel on the left contains the student's picture, name, address 2 selected demographic fields, alert indicator, Household count, household contact names, Daily Attendance statistics, Today's attendance status, Last attendance status, and student's schedule location. Click the expand icon from the Single Student View Panel on the left to view the Student's Snapshot.

Switch between student Views.  The default will be the View selected on the Lookup tab.

Switch between Contact Layouts.

Search for a student by the demographic header selected on the Lookup screen.  The default is Name "Contains" which will search for the sequence of characters.  Click on "Contains" to toggle to "Begins with" to search by the initial characters in the student demographic field selected. Click the search icon to filter the list based on the search criteria. Click X to reset search.

Check the box to include contacts for Inactive students.

Click Export to export the view into Excel.

Click a column header to sort the data and search by that demographic field.  The default is APID.

Click the filter icon to filter the data. A checkmark above the filter indicates a filter has been applied.
I
Click  to do one of the following:
  • Edit the Contact.
  • View the students the Contact is Linked to.
  • Delete the Contact.
J
Choose the page to view and the number of Rows Per Page to display.
K
The number of contacts on the page and total number of contacts in the view is displayed.
