Multiple Students: SuperDB

Toggle to Multiple Students and click SuperDB tab to see all the SuperDB items for the students in the selected view.  The Student View previously selected on the Lookup tab will be displayed by default, the SuperDB Table will default to the first on the list until another one is selected.  The SuperDB Layout will be the Default until another one is selected.

Edit features are only available if the AdminPlus Supervisor has requested edit from apcom@rediker.com and has selected to edit SuperDB Tables in AdminPlus.com.

The Single Student View panel on the left contains the student's picture, name, address 2 selected demographic fields, alert indicator, Household count, Household contact names, Daily Attendance statistics, Today's Attendance status, Last Attendance status and student's schedule location. Click expand icon  from the Single Student View Panel to view the Student's Snapshot.

Select the View which determines what students are included. The default will be the View selected on the Lookup tab.

Select the SuperDB Table.

If you have created custom SuperDB Layouts in classic Administrator's Plus it can be selected here.

Search for a SuperDB item by clicking on any column. The default is Contains which sill search for the sequence of characters. Click on "Contains" to toggle to "Begins with" to search by the initial characters. Click search icon to filter the list based on the search criteria. Click X to reset the search.

Check the box to include Inactive students.

This setting is also applied to the One Student List.

Click Export to export the view in Excel.

Click a column header to sort the data in ascending order and search by that column. Click on the column header again to sort the data in descending order.

Click to filter the data. A checkmark above the filter indicates a filter has been applied.
J
Select to edit the SuperDB entry. Select to delete the SuperDB entry.

The option to delete will be greyed out if you do not have the rights to delete entries.

After Editing the entry, click to save the entry, or click  to cancel.
L
Choose the page to view and the number of Rows Per Page to display.
M

The number of SuperDB entries on the page and the total number in the view is displayed.
