Manage Accounts - Reset User Passwords

Follow these steps to reset a user's password:

  1. On the navigation bar, click Manage Accounts.
  2. Click the appropriate group tab (Parents, Students, Teachers, or Admin).
  3. Next to the user's name, click .
    A message confirms the password has been reset.
  1. Click OK.
    An email notification is automatically sent using the email template selected for resetting passwords. See E-Mail Templates.

You can also reset an administrator's password by clicking   next to the user's name on the Admin tab and clicking Reset Password.
