AdminPlus.com: Enable Scheduling Year
If a Scheduling Year has been set, an option to enable the Scheduling Year will appear on the AdminPlus.com Settings screen. Activating this option will make the Scheduling Year visible in AdminPlus.com. The 5 modules required to receive Admissions and Registration Forms (Enrollment, Demographics, Contacts, Portfolio, SuperDB) must be set on the same platform for both the Current and Scheduling Year. Scheduling is the only module that can have different settings in the Current and Scheduling years.
The Beginning Program used to promote Students in the Scheduling Year should be completed before the scheduling year is enabled in AdminPlus.com. If not, the scheduling year will be disabled by the Beginning program and the supervisor will need to reenable it after the process completes.
