Two-Factor Authentication

Two-Factor Authentication requires users to enter a code received via email during the login process, which adds an extra layer of security. This feature can be enabled for teachers either by accessing the Settings in the Gradebook Management Site and or under Account Management Settings in the PlusPortals. If two-factor authentication is enabled in PlusPortals for teachers, it will automatically be enabled in TeacherPlus Gradebook for both teacher and admin accounts.

In PlusPortals Under Account Management Settings

In TeacherPlus Management under Settings

You can enable two-factor authentication by going to Settings > Two-Factor Authentication.

Make sure the GBAdmin account has an email address. Otherwise, you won't be able to sign in to the GBAdmin account when two-factor authentication is enabled.
