These General and Main Screen settings will help you configure Admissions for your school.
Click on Setup 
Click on the Preferences tab.
Click the Save button in the top right corner after any change.
General Settings:
- Display Cell or Mobile?: This setting allows you to display the word Cell or Mobile, whichever you prefer to use. The selected title will appear wherever it is used as a column name. This setting is user specific, meaning it will only affect your Admissions user account.
- Timezone:
This setting allows you to set the timezone for your school.
Main Screen Settings:
- Display on the login page: This setting allows you to choose to display either your school name or the district name on the Admissions login page.
Select School Name to display the school name.
Select District Override and type in your district name (or whatever you want to appear on the login screen).
Click the Save button, and the login screen will display whatever you just selected.
- Show Prospect Photo?: This setting allows you to display the prospects actual photo. If you are collecting photos from your prospects (maybe to send them over to Administrator's Plus with all the other accepted prospect data), and you want to see the photo in Admissions, set this specification to Yes.

- Requirement Settings: There are 4 settings in the Main Screen Settings section which allow you to specify which Requirement should be linked to various items that will come in from the On Line application or form.
These screenshots show the Requirement settings, and which Requirement they have been linked to on the Prospect Admissions Workflow screen.
- Which Requirement indicates the Inquiries: Set this to the Requirement which should be automatically checked off when a prospect submits an On Line Inquiry.
- Which Requirement indicates the Visits/Tours: Set this to the Requirement which should be automatically checked off when a prospect has joined a Visit/Tour (in this example, there is no Requirement for Visits/Tours).
- Which Requirement indicates the Applications: Set this to the Requirement which should be automatically checked off when a prospect has submitted an On Line Application.
- Which Requirement indicates that prospect submitted the photo: Set this to the Requirement which should be automatically checked off when a prospect has submitted a Photo.
