If you experience issues with your imported standards library, you can export it as an Excel file to correct and re-upload it. If your last standards import introduced any issues, you can undo the most recent import. If you need to start your standards library from scratch and standards aren't in use yet, you can delete all standards.
This option should only be used prior to the start of the school year. Once the school year has begun, it is recommended that minor edits are done using the other Library Tools.
Export Standards for Review, Editing, and Re-import
- Click Standards > Library/Tools > Manage Import.
- On the Manage Import page, under Export Standards, click Export.
- In the Confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
A file named [SCHOOL NAME]_Standards Library.xlsx is exported to your computer's downloads folder.
Once you've corrected your standards libary in Excel, see Import Standards to correct your standards libary in the TeacherPlus Gradebook.
Undo the Last Import
- Click Standards > Library/Tools > Manage Import.
- On the Manage Import page, under Clear Standards, click Undo Last Import.
- In the Confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
Delete All Standards
Deleting all standards is permanent.
You can only delete a standards libary when standards aren't in use (i.e., when indicators aren't linked to assignments and grades haven't been entered for any level).
- Click Standards > Library/Tools > Manage Import.
- On the Manage Import page, under Clear Standards, click Delete All.
- In the Confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
