School: Demographics Dashboard

The School > Demographics dashboard displays Birthday and School Information widgets. See the diagram and table below for more information.

A	Demographics tab.
B	The Birthday widget displays the number of Students and Staff that have birthdays for today's date. Select the gear icon to specify the Staff Birthdate field. Only custom date fields will appear in the dropdown.  Select the number to see a Birthday list report with details. A popup window will open. To export the list to Excel or a PDF, select Send to Excel or Print. To view a birthday list for a different date, select or manually type in any date.
C	Generic SuperDB Tables created in classic Administrator's Plus can be viewed and edited in AdminPlus.com. Select the arrow or expand icon to open the SuperDB Screen: For more information, see Generic SuperDB Tables.
D	The School Information widget displays up to 10 School Information Fields, such as School Name, School Street and School City.To select different fields: Click the gear icon. Use or  to move fields to or from the Selected Fields column. Click Save to save your changes.
E	Batch Entry Student Data: Displays last Batch Entry Update. Select to view list of the last Batch Entry updates completed. Select a record and click View Log to download the log to Excel. See School Demographics: Batch Entry for more information.
